“A real Gem of a pub and staff with personality!”

Mary’s bar is a few steps from Grafton street, just opposite side door of Brown Thomas store. Walking in is like stepping back in time, hardware items hang on one wall opposite the main bar, don’t be intimidated by small space as you enter, just keep going back or downstairs , lots of space. 5/5

“Great craic”

Only in Ireland can you buy a pint Guinness, jubilee clips and a bag of tie wraps at the same time. A really fun place for a drink. Great atmosphere. 4/5

If you’re looking for an authentic pub experience come STRAIGHT HERE and get yourself a Murphy’s or Guinness. My sister and I came here after walking around Dublin all day and we’re immediately charmed by the interior – lined with a hodge podge of hardware and antiques (just like the ‘old school’ rural pubs). The bartender made us feel right at home, by welcoming us to his beloved city and helping me discover Murphy’s Stout! 5/5

I have nothing but positive things to say about Mary’s. We ended up back there 3 nights in a row. By far it was the most welcoming, friendly, and fun bar that we experienced on our trip. The thing that made Mary’s so great was the staff. Shane, Shane, Johnny, and Evan are awesome. 5/5
